FW1 Direct Sales Issues
Did you purchase FW1 products from a vendor at a gas station and now have a problem such as missing nozzles, cans that don't spray, etc?
We receive numerous calls daily from consumers regarding problems with gas station purchases. PCS does not sell FW1 Auto Detailing Products at gas stations, nor do we have any affiliation or contact information for the individuals or companies doing these sales.
We have talked to the manufacturer and they have asked us to have consumers fill out a complaint form with as much detail as possible (no phone calls). This form will be forwarded to the general manager of RGS LABS for resolution.
