In order to provide the most accurate shipping costs, if your order exceeds our listed shipping limits, please call for prices.
General Shipping Information
We ship Monday through Friday. Get same day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time. In the event of a delay, you will be notified.
We require an email address so that your order confirmation and tracking information can be emailed to you.
Phone numbers are a requirement of Federal Express. PCS will only contact you by phone if there is a problem or question with your order.
If you pay by PayPal e-check, it takes 5 business days to clear and will delay shipment of your order.
If shipping to a business address, please do not abbreviate the business name.
Please verify your address information is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are charged and your order is delayed. Help us keep our shipping prices as low as possible.
If you are shipping to a PO Box, your order cannot be shipped by UPS or Fed-EX, and must go USPS Parcel Post. USPS Parcel Post can take up to 9 Business days (almost 2 weeks) to deliver. Insurance costs have been added.
Shipping for Auto Detail Products
Aerosol Cans weight over 1 pound each. Shipping weight is located at the bottom of each product page.
Aerosol cans (containers under pressure) are considered hazardous materials (Gases - Hazard class 2) but can also be reclassified as ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials-Domestic), as long as they meet weight and volume restrictions.
The bottom line on this is that if you order more than one case (12 cans), each case must be shipped separately. PCS is a DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation shipper and all shipments comply with regulations.

Shipping limited to the 48 contiguous United states.
Tracking Numbers
When your shipping label is printed, we will update your invoice with the tracking number. Your updated invoice will automatically be emailed to the email address on file. Please keep this email until your package arrives.
